1 share is 1/26 undivided equal ownership of entire island and improvements

1 share= exclusive right and ownership of one unit

There are certain beneficial tax advantages with the stock ownership method ,consult your CPA

For a limited time, with deposit you may choose any unit, any location, one or two stories (except the end unit)

If you buy three or more units you may choose the last three units on the north end of the island

Island amenities will include : a water taxi transporting to and from the mainland and the use of canoes, kayaks ,and sailboats
